Abstract - The use of technology has been always a double-edged sword. As each new technology can help to improve the work and life of humans, on the other hand can lead to the emergence of vulnerabilities and risks in work and life. This article contains all the technology available in the world. Perhaps a major reason for it is that every technology from start formed just for the convenience and probably accelerate of work and its creators do not think about the risks that will be occurring in the future. The issue that we have discussed in this study is data protection, database encryption, error handling, software security and desktop apps under Linux that although has many advantages and made easier doing a lot of things but at the same time results in more security vulnerabilities in works and privacy of humans. |

Abstract - This paper presents an empirical study for the GPRS service efficiency and quality of performance in Yemeni GSM networks. It collects real measurements from several cells and networks in Sana a city, the capital city of the Republic of Yemen as a case study. The researcher using three cell samples for different regions (Urban area, Suburban area and Open area) of the communication network and then use the key performance indicators (KPIs) and test drive these cells in the capital and in addition to this, the use of leadership that has been collected test log files. Which have the advantages of the most important drive test is a powerful tool for radio frequency (RF) to analyze and resolve network problems. And scanner used tool in the test drive, which is a very good tool for the detection of signal interference. |

Abstract - This paper is restricted to the computer network of Plateau State University Bokkos, which is located in Plateau State, Nigeria, in the western part of Africa. The existing network topology of Plateau State University Bokkos (PSU) was investigated via interview method of survey and topology simulated (from simulation panel) and discussed, of which a topology requirement was proposed, which has been published in International Journal of Computer networks and Communications Security (IJNCS). But, this paper presents the simulation outputs carried out by ping utility (from command prompt). The confirmed topology or layout designed is simulated for performance outputs based on parameters like Throughput, Delay and Packets Loss, which will further be analyzed statistically. We use the results of the statistical analysis to present the possible performance of the topology to be proposed for PSU. CISCO Packets Tracer simulator was used for all necessary designs and simulation. In the end, a set of topology performance values will be obtained based on the specified parameters and used to predict the minimum performance values for the subsequent topology, indicating improvement over the simulated one. This is useful for newly established University like Plateau State University Bokkos. |
